Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@thereturningco.ca within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for;
• Items that have been worn or used
• Change of mind purchases
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
